PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. -- Arkansas 2nd District Congressman French Hill is hosting a 2023 Congressional Art Competition Fan Favorite Competition, and you can vote to support PCSSD students.

Nearly 80 pieces of art were submitted by students in central Arkansas. The “Fan Favorite” winner’s artwork will be displayed in the Congressman’s District Office in Little Rock.
