Last Friday (October 20), 1st - 5th grade students attended Little Rock Air Force Base for the Thunder Over the Rock! The day was filled with fun STEM activities as well as an opportunity for students to watch the different planes practice for the air show! What a great experience for our students!

September was Attendance Awareness Month and we challenged all students to be a H.E.R.O. Students were tasked to be Here...Everyday...Ready...On time and we had some great results! SHERWOOD ELEMENTARY had 1/4 weeks with 95% or higher attendance, and 2 weeks at 94%.
