8th grade AVID students had the opportunity to collaborate with fellow 8th grade AVID students from other PCSSD schools last week. The groups visited the state fair for Career Day. The kids enjoyed fair rides and food, too!

Similar to the trip our 6th graders took last week, the 7th grade AVID team joined fellow 7th grade AVID students from the other PCSSD middle schools for a team building field trip. These students engaged in many activities to inspire collaboration, team building, and most importantly to foster those lifelong connections as a part of the PCSSD AVID Family.
